Get paid for recording plumbing, HVAC and electrical work

If your crew installs, repairs and services every day, that work is what the program pays for. A worker records the job from their own point of view, the program reviews and approves the recordings, and your business receives one monthly payment. JobSitePay connects you with the program and a real person explains the details on a call. Earnings vary.

The process

How it works

01

Apply in two minutes.

02

We call you and explain exactly how the program works and who runs it. Nothing is signed or recorded before that.

03

Your crew records the work it already does. For example, a phone mounted on a hardhat, aimed at the hands.

04

The program reviews and approves recordings and pays your business once a month. You set the crew shares.

Program estimate
$500–$2,000 per month, per recording employee

This is the program's estimate, not a promise from JobSitePay or anyone else. Earnings vary.

One payment a month goes to your business, not to each worker.
Your business decides how to share it with the crew.
Workers can see their recording hours in an app.

Straight answers for this trade

Does recording get in the way of the work?+
The usual setup is a phone mounted on a hardhat, aimed at the worker's hands. The worker does the job the same way they always do. Ask us on your call about setups for tight spaces like crawlspaces and attics.
What about work inside a customer's home?+
Recordings are first-person video of the work itself. How to handle customer sites, permissions and what should not be recorded is something to go over on your intro call before anyone records anything.
Do service techs who work alone count?+
The program pays per recording employee, so a technician who works solo can record. Your business still receives the one monthly payment and sets the shares.
